Green Eggs and...Oatmeal??

Let me start this post by saying I love cooking and I love-love cooking for my daughter! And who doesn't love the classic Dr. Seuss book "Green Eggs and Ham"?  This week I made Bebe B green eggs and she gobbled them up.  It was simple I scrambled the eggs with a bit of cheese and some of my “green goodness” baby food (pureed avocado & veggies).  They were actually pretty yummy and uber-healthy!
