Strawberry Ginger Smoothie
This is a simple and refreshing smoothie. Loaded with nutrition and easy to digest this smoothie makes the perfect addition to any day. When ever I feel a little off, sore or tired this smoothie sets me right again. I have noticed it's also a huge mood improver for my kids.
Strawberry Ginger Smoothie - 12 Months+
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Strawberries, hulled
4 Dates, pitted
1 inch cube fresh Ginger, peeled
2 Bananas, peeled and frozen
1/2 cup Almond or Hemp Seed Milk
Using a blender, purée the strawberries and dates together until smooth (about 2 minutes). Add the remaining ingredients and whizz until thick and creamy. You may need to add additional milk to thin to your desired consistency. Makes about 3-4 medium smoothies.
