Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latté Creamer Cubes {always ready when you want it}

I love a good PSL {pumpkin spice latté) but at $3-5 dollars a pop it get's to be a pricey habit. Plus sometimes they are filled with less than healthy ingredients. I liked the idea of making my own yet I need something quick in the morning, as is the appeal of a friendly barista making it for you in under five minutes. Thankfully, I have come up with any easy recipe, made with just a few ingredients that you can have every morning for a fraction of the cost and in only a few minutes... I promise.
Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latté Creamer Cubes
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Pure Pumpkin Purée
1/2 cup Milk (I use almond milk)
1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground Cloves

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth. Thin with a little more milk if needed.  Freeze the mixture in an ice cube tray (this amount will make approximately one ice cube tray full). Once the cubes are frozen you can remove them and store in an airtight container in the freezer. You can also store the mixture in the fridge for up to a week but keeping it in the freezer it will last up to five months and be fresh when you need it. Add one to two cubes to a mug of pipping hot black coffee and stir till melted.  Heat a little bit more if needed. Makes a great gift!
