This is a great sandwich alternative for kid's lunches. My girls love spreading the cream cheese on their crackers (and plates, table, chairs, clothes). Perfect to make with kids although a little messy, they will adore stacking their crackers and gobbling them up. Change them up a bit and substitute peanut butter and bananas! The possibilities are endless.
Cracker Stackers - 12 Months+
Ingredients:
Round Crackers (I use these or these)
Cream Cheese
Sliced Cheese
Sliced Turkey (I used Applegate Farms)
Romaine Lettuce (optional)
Using a small round cookie cutter cut out turkey, cheese and lettuce. Let kids spread the crackers (using butter knives or spoons) with cream cheese. Next they can add the cheese, turkey and lettuce in any order, making unique cracker creations. These pack great in a lunchbox!
